  • How can I get a new SIM card?

    In the Selfservice section of our website, you can apply for a new SIM card with retention of your number (= swap card). This swap card is sent to you by mail. 

  • How can I have my SIM card blocked?

    You can have your SIM card blocked in the selfservice.

    To block your mobile send a mail with your mobile number, the IMEI number, the reason (lost/stolen), the dates when this happened, the brand and model of your mobile. We will put the serial number of your mobile on the Blacklist. 

  • Is simyo.be compatible with Banxafe?

    The simcards of simyo are not suited for Banxafe application which was launched on 20th March 2007.
    At this moment, we cannot guarantee whether this application will be offered by simyo in the future.
    More information will be available on the website at the right moment. 

  • Unwanted calls

    If you are being disturbed by malicious phone calls, we advise you to send a written complaint to the Mediation office for Telecommunications.
    You can contact them to the following address: place des barricades 1 – 1000 Bruxelles (Fax 02 219 86 59).
    Another way to contact them is by sending an e-mail to plaintes@mediateurtelecom.be.

    The mediation office will then contact the provider of the person that makes these malicious calls in order to try to stop this and/or to obtain the caller’s identity.

    If you want, you can get a new phone number by surfing on our website www.simyo.be > simyo shop. This operation will cost you € 10.
