• How to become client

  On top of our website, click on "Simyo Shop", click on "Sim Only" and "order". To add other products to your basket, select them and add them.
  Then, you arrive and the registration page where you have to fill in all your personal data.
  These data are sensitive to capital and small characters. Please inform us when you encounter difficulties at this stage.

  After that, you click on "send". Now you can choose between a new number or a mobile conservation number. If you want a number portability, you need the simcard number which is written on the back of the simcard of your previous operator. Enter the necessary data on the website and go on until you reach the payment page.

  You can choose out of 3 payment methods: online banking, credit card and Bancontact. Your payment is done by Ogone, the Belgian leader of internet payments, and it is secured by SSL standards (your data are transmitted encryptedly).

  When you have fulfilled these steps, you are automatically registered with your own username and password which allows you full access to My Simyo, where you can manage your simcard.

  Your simcard is delivered home. In the welcome lettre, every step to activate your simcard is explained.
