How to become client
On top of our website, click on "Simyo shop" on top of the homepage and fill in all your personal data.
These data are sensitive to capital and small characters. Please inform us when you encounter difficulties at this stage.After that, you click on "send". When the entered data have been accepted, you'll be automatically registered with your own username and password. This allows you full access to the complete simyo-site.
To call with simyo, you need to order a simcard of simyo. You can order that card by logging in with your username and password in your 'Selfservice'.
Now you can choose between a new number or a mobile conservation number.

How do I activate it
New number: on receipt of the SIM card go back to the selfservice part of the website and click "Confirm".
Keep number: enter the requested information. On acceptance of the transfer you will receive a text message to inform you that you can use your new SIM card. -
How do I pay
You pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express), netbanking (ING, Dexia or KBC) or Bancontact.
To top-up you can also choose for SMS. -
How can I top up
To top up your card, you have to follow following instructions:
Click TOP UP.
Enter the requested information for the financial transaction*.
The paid amount (min. € 10) is immediately put onto your simcard.
And you can start making calls!(* Your account statement will specify Base as the beneficiary. Don't worry! Base provides a number of logistics and administrative services for simyo).

How can I manage my budget
Simyo offers you all the tools to get in control of your budget.
You choose yourself how much you want to spend. The minimum top up credit is € 10. With credit card you can spend a maximum of € 90 per transaction with a maximum of € 150 a day. With netbanking there are no restrictions on the top up amount.
On simyo.be in the 'My Simyo' section, you can track all your call expenses in real time. (e.g. after each call you can check the time, the number and the price of the call).
In 'My Simyo', you also have the possibility to change the settings of your SIM card : block international calls, roaming or Premium SMS.
