How do I order a new card when I am already an existing customer?
On top of our website, click on "Simyo Shop" and click on "Sim only". If you want to order also other products, you can select them and put in your shopping basket. After that you click on "order" until you arrive at the page where you have the option between "You are a new customer?" and "You are an existing customer?". Now you fill in your username and password in the white fields next to the grey arrow on the right. You have the choice between a new number or a mobile conservation number. If you want a mobile number portability, you need the current simcard number of your current operator. This is written on the back of that simcard.
Select the option you prefer and go on until you have paid your order.
You can choose out of 3 different payment methods: credit card, online banking or Bancontact.
After the payment, the card will be delivered home within a few working days. All the steps to activate the new card are explained in the welcome lettre.
At that moment, you'll see that the newly ordered card is put under your existing account. -
