All steps have been taken for sms reload, but I get an ERROR message while sending the first sms
The reason is that you have absolutely no credit on your simcard. The systems don't allow any traffic when no credit is on the simcard. At least € 0,01 has to be available on your simcard.
Although sending an sms to 8399 is for free, the system will block when you want to send your first sms to top up via sms.
First you have to top up via the website, and next time topping up by sms will be operational. -
I get the mention that my account number is already in use. What's the reason?
This means your bank account number has already been registered for sms reload at BASE or one of its partners. You can solve this issue by:
1. filling in the same data at simyo as during the registration process at BASE or partners.
2. using another bank account number to enable sms reload at simyo as the account used for sms reload at BASE.
3. Cancel all sms reload numbers at BASE or partner(s) and register your own simyo number again. After that, the problem will be solved and you'll be able to finalise the process.
Attention: If you have more than 1 number registered in your simyo account, and you want to register all of them, you'll have to mark all of them at the first page of the registration for sms reload. If you do the registration process one by one, it won't work out.
The maximum amont of numbers you can register under 1 bank account or credit card is 5. -
