How can I transfer my number for free?

Order a sim card and indicate during your order that you would like to continue to use your mobile number. Fill out the mobile number conservation form that you will receive via e-mail. Sign this form and send it together with a copy of your ID to Simyo. You can fax this form to 0484007204, mail it to Simyo, Neerveldstraat 105, 1200 Brussels or e-mail to contact.simyo ad kpngroup.be.

After the reception of your mobile number conservation form, Simyo takes care of the transfer of your mobile number. This can take a few days. You receive your sim card as soon as number conservation has been arranged.

 Switch with subscription

Do you have a subscription for the moment? Remember that terminating the contract with your current operator may impose costs. This depends of the content of the contract. So do check the conditions before you request number conservation. Do you want to transfer your mobile number, then do not terminate the contract with your current operator yourself. Your mobile number has to be active at your current operator to be able to transfer it to Simyo.

 Switch with prepaid

Do you have a prepaid card from your current operator? Make sure the current call value has been used before your activate your Simyo sim card. The moment your mobile number is transferred, this call value will be lost.
