Network quality

Blocking rate
A blocked call occurs when you cannot call via a GSM connection. It may be caused by an unexpected technical issue or if the network is saturated.

Dropped call rate
A dropped call occurs when your mobile phone call is disrupted because of an unexpected technical breakdown. It may happen when you are in an area where there is no network coverage or when the mobile signal is transferred from one mobile antenna to another one.
